  • We carefully package all orders by hand and use archival quality materials wherever possible. We aim to ship with the least amount of packing materials without compromising the security of the artwork. Your piece will arrive secured flat to a rigid surface and covered with a waterproof layer as well as an external layer to protect it from damage.

    We ship via United States Postal Service with insurance coverage for the value of the purchase.

    After your artwork is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

  • We are based in the United States but are happy to discuss shipping internationally for you! Please email us directly at jess@jessica-zimmer.com to discuss this further.

    Please note that we are not responsible for international customs or duties fees.

  • It depends on the destination of the package, but we generally ship the same week the order is placed.

  • Yes we do!

  • We are so sorry, but we cannot offer returns on any artwork. Please consider your purchase carefully before you decide! We are happy to converse with you one-on-one to ensure that each piece you purchase is the perfect fit. Feel free to reach out to jess@jessica-zimmer.com to discuss this further.   • We take great care to ensure this never happens, but in the unlikely event that it does, we will work with the shipping carrier to fully refund your purchase. This is also why we require insurance with each purchase so that everyone will be covered as much as possible! Please be patient with us as it may take some time to work out all the details should this occur.

    If your painting arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at jess@jessica-zimmer.com within 48 hours of arrival time.

  • We currently accept payments made through PayPal.

  • We use the US Dollar for all currencies. Shipping estimates will also be provided in USD, regardless of whether they will be shipped domestically or internationally.

  • Yes! Each painting is lovingly created by hand and is unique. There are no prints or limited editions. All paintings include the artist signature. You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece to begin or to add to your collection, and we hope it happily finds its forever home with you!

  • No. WE DO NOT OFFER FRAMING ON ANY PAINTINGS. That’s for you to decide what best suits the space where it will be displayed! The images on the website that show a frame are for visualization purposes only so that you may get an idea of how the painting will look when framed.
